IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR JAN-FEB 2025 TRADING
We are prioritising the Cadillacquer and BKL preorders from 2024 for dispatch. Following this all holiday orders will be processed. Our current turn-around time for orders placed after January 9th is around 1-2 weeks.

During mid January to early February 2025 we have some staff on leave. Orders will still be dispatched, but our preorder schedule will be less than usual. We anticipate to offer additional preorders, as we usually would, from mid-February onwards and appreciate your patience during this time.

Please see the RELEASE SCHEDULE for updated dispatch times on the end of 2024-early 2025 preorders such as Sassy, KBShimmer, ILNP and more.

As always we are a small team working diligently and greatly appreciate your patience during busy periods or dates where we're working at a reduced capacity.

As of February 2024:

Orders are processed between 8am-3pm Wed, Thurs and Fri.
Customer service is available between 7am-4pm Wed, Thurs and Fri. Depending on our availability we are also able to reply to queries some Tuesdays and Saturdays.
