During our annual holiday closure, the website remains open and orders can be placed. Staff are on leave, and all operations/shipping are paused while we enjoy festivities.
Shipping resumes when we reopen in the new year, with oldest orders being prioritised. Any preorder stock that arrives during our closure is also prioritised for shipping once we reopen.
During our closure period, customer service reply timeframe extend to 3-5 business days and we appreciate your patience - thank you. You can contact us by opening a ticket here.
IMPORTANT: As of Dec 4 2024 we are unable to ship to Canada via USPS. DHL can still be used by Canadian customers. This is due to Canada Postal strikes, and we are unsure when we can ship to Canada again with Parcel Forwarding (USPS First Class mail). We will be in touch with current Canadian customers awaiting PF shipments; as we may be able to resume shipping in the New Year pending the postal strike ceasing. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Holiday 2024 to 2025 Trading Dates
11th December 2024 (Wednesday)
- Cut-off date for international orders; any orders utilising either Parcel Forwarding or DHL placed after Dec 11th will ship in the New Year.
13th December (Friday)
- Last Parcel Forwarding shipment dispatch of 2024.
19th December (Thursday)
- Cut-off date for Australian orders. Australian orders placed after Dec 19th will ship in the New Year.
20th December (Friday)
- Our final day of 2024 trade. After this date, customer service reply time-frame extends, and all dispatch is paused until the New Year.
21st December (Saturday)
- We move into Holiday Closure. The website remains open for orders to be placed, but shipped is paused until we reopen in January 2025. Please note we also will have a delay to all customer service queries (emails) while we spend time with our families over the holidays.
23rd - 30th December
- We expect to provide Parcel Forwarding customers with their tracking sometime during this period; please note our USA warehouse observes their own holiday trading which may affect the timeline.
9th January 2025 (Thursday)
- Staff back from leave, shipping resumes. During this period we are likely to have a longer TAT due to the backlog of orders placed through our Holiday closure. We prioritise the oldest orders, and those awaiting preorder stock.
16th January 2025 onwards
- Customers can start expecting to receive tracking for orders placed through our Christmas Holidays period.
Shipping Delays through the Holidays
Please be aware that every year, all carriers experience some delays. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee orders will arrive to all customers by Christmas.
We recommend Australians placed their Christmas orders by November 15th. While we offer both Express and Standard Post, we recommend Express Post for those who need their orders quicker.
International customers please note the following:
- International Mail via Australia Post (for cosmetic or perfume orders only) can take 2-8 weeks. We highly recommend any Christmas orders are placed by October 31st.
- DHL is around 7 days from dispatch. We recommend customers who use DHL to place Christmas orders by November 30th.
- Parcel Forwarding dispatches once per month, and after dispatch takes around 2 weeks to leave our USA warehouse with USPS for you, and then USPS has their own timeline of 1-2 weeks for USA (2+ weeks for international). We recommend any customers who have a Christmas order and want to use PF, place their order in October. November PF is likely to arrive in time, December PF will not arrive to customers until January 2025. View our PF Shipment Schedule here.
