Update Account Details

All customers are able to update their own account details as necessary. You can access your saved addresses via our website dashboard > 'my account' icon > addresses. We have a direct link here


If you need to change your shipping address on a current order, please open a ticket with us immediately. Include your order number, and the updated mailing address.
Shipping addresses can not be changed on orders that have already dispatched. 


Customer accounts are not closed at our discretion unless:

  • We refuse service to an individual. This is rare, and occurs if we receive any form of abuse (which is not tolerated) or attempted scam/fraudulent behaviour. 
  • A customer specifically requests account closure. 


Before requesting an account closure please note the following applies:

  • Account closure and deletion is permanent, and cannot be restored. 
  • Your order history is removed and cannot be restored. You will not have access to your purchase history information, including the ability to review any purchased products.
  • Reward Points (Loyalty Lustres) are removed and cannot be restored. They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit value. They CAN be moved to another email account at your specific request, but this action cannot be undone. 
  • Any store credit is removed and cannot be restored. It cannot be exchanged for cash or another form of credit. It can be moved to another email account at your specific request, but this action cannot be undone. 


We do not receive (and thus we do not retain) any payment information, ever. All payment information is processed via third parties (Afterpay, PayPal etc).
