Change of Mind
Change of mind returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Please be aware that we provide all information in regards to product sizing, colour description, ingredients (and so forth) in our listings, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their use prior to purchase. If you have questions about ingredients, please feel free to contact us for additional information.

Incorrect Details
Shipments returned due to our error are reshipped at no charge to the customer.
Shipments returned due to incorrect address (provided by the customer during checkout) can only be reshipped at customer expense (new postage fee is payable in addition to a return fee of $10).

In the instance of order combinations, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure we have an accurate and updated address. Please ensure you provide this information when using the 'Ship Orders' item - or email us at any time to update your details.


Carrier Returns to Sender
If an article is undelivered and returned to us this most often occurs because the receiver has not claimed the parcel from the carrier after a delivery attempt. Please always keep an eye on your tracking.
If your parcel is returned to us, we can reship to you although a new postage fee is payable alongside a $10 return fee. If you wish to cancel the order, we refund for the merchandise only minus the following:

  1. A $12.85 return fee (this is charged to us by the carrier)
  2. A 15% restocking fee on the remaining amount
  3. The processing (PayPal/card) fee is non-refundable; the original shipping fee paid on the order is non-refundable. 

In circumstances where we reach out to the customer and the emails are unanswered, we may progress with the merchandise refund (minus above fees) after 7 days. 


Unpaid Import Charges
Shipments returned to our USA warehouse will incur a refund on the merchandise only, minus:
  1. A $15 AUD return fee. 
  2. A 15% restocking fee on the remaining amount
  3. The processing (PayPal/card) fee is non-refundable; the original shipping fee paid on the order is non-refundable.
 The customer CAN request to have the item reshipped but a new postage fee will be payable.
