Table Headers Explained:

Order ID Range

The first and last orders included in this shipment. An order ID is the number your order is allocated upon payment. If your order is going in this shipment, the status will update from 'Processing' to 'Pending Dispatch' once we have packed it. It's important to note that the range indicated here is not all encompassing; some orders may be 'On Hold' or 'Awaiting Preorder Items' which mean they cannot go in this shipment. 

  • While listed as 'open', it means any new Parcel Forwarding orders received (that are not preorders) can go into this consignment.
  • If you have a Parcel Forwarding order on hold that you want shipped, please check out with the Ship Orders item


In Progress

This box is ticked to indicate we are in progress of packing orders for this shipment.


Dispatching

This is the estimated date of dispatch to our USA warehouse. Please note this date can be delayed if we don't yet have our minimum requirement of parcels for the consignment. To be able to offer a lower postage rate for Parcel Forwarding, we have to have a certain number of parcels per consignment to ensure the shipping value per-bottle remains below a certain amount. This longer wait time reduces the postage rate we have to charge, and we appreciate your understanding :-)


In Transit

This boxed is ticked to indicate the consignment has been collected by DHL, and the orders are on way to our USA warehouse. DHL transit time usually takes 5-7 days, and our warehouse takes around 1-2 days to lodge the parcels with USPS. We can expect overall transit time to the warehouse to be 7-10 days. 
If your order is in this shipment, the status will be updated to 'On Way to Warehouse'.


Shipped

Date of dispatch with USPS. We are usually able to update orders to 'Shipped' and provide the USPS tracking number within 48 hours of shipment date. 


Frequently Asked Questions:

My order hasn't shipped yet and I don't have preorder items

Please check your order status in the order section of your account dashboard. You can find our processing timeframe and order status' explained here. If it is 'processing' it means we're working on it; if it's 'awaiting preorder stock' you can find out more via the order status link; if it's 'on hold' you will need to checkout with the Ship Orders item to instruct us to move it back into the processing queue.


What shipping method does my parcel go?

We offer both First Class and Priority with our Parcel Forwarding feature. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. Smaller parcels (under 12 bottles) tend to ship with First Class; larger orders will often ship with Priority and include insurance. Orders of 20+ bottles will have a Signature on Delivery requirement. 

Please ensure you are up to date on our Refund/Replacement policy, as we cannot refund or replace shipments which:

  • Do not have insurance purchased
  • Have a safe-drop instruction requested (this waives insurance and acts as a confirmation of delivery)
  • Have a confirmation of delivery scan


How is my order packed for international shipping?

Each polish unit is either boxed in a protective cardboard sleeve, or tapped tightly in a plastic zip bag. While we are working on transitioning to less plastic use, some of our brands do not currently use cardboard sleeve packaging. This inner layer acts as a buffer between bottles, and prevents any leakage from reaching the outer packaging. 

  • Orders with 7 units or less will be packed with bubble wrap, inside a bubble mailer, and the outer layer is a protective plastic satchel. 
  • Orders over 7 units are packed with either bubble wrap or honeycomb cushioning, and padded out with crinkle cut or recycled packing peanuts. These orders are most often boxed, without a satchel.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives, and contact us if you have an incorrect product received or a damaged item, as we have a timeframe for claims that begins from the parcel being received. 


I wish to cancel my order

I need to update my shipping address

Please contact us immediately with your order ID, name and updated mailing address. Submit a ticket here. Unfortunately we are unable to redirect or change the address of articles already lodged with USPS.
