Please ensure you make a claim of a damaged/incorrect/missing item from your order within 48 hours of parcel receivership. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate claims outside this window.
If your order has arrived to you damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and open a ticket with us immediately. Include your order number, your name, your photographs and all relevant information to the problem.
If you have received an item that is incorrect, please follow the steps as above.
If you have an item that is missing from your order, please open a ticket with your order number, name, and a photograph of your packing slip that clearly shows all information on it.
Be sure to send non-blurry, clear and large images so the staff can easily asses the item/damages.
Refunds are not applicable for faulty items if it is past 30 days since receivership. Find more information on our Refunds page.
