Black Friday Promo #2 (FREE SHIPPING)

Orders to Australian addresses:

Minimum cart subtotal to unlock free shipping is $150 AUD (after discounts). Select free shipping during checkout after your address is entered. Subtotal does not include postage fee, it is the value of your cart after any discounts and before postage.
Method used is Standard Parcel Post with signature. If you prefer Express Post you may select this at checkout, but note no discount will apply and thus full postage is payable.
Opting for safe-drop delivery waives any replacement or refund if the order is stolen, missing or damaged.
This promotion does not apply to any orders with combinations or hold services. It is only for individual orders placed during the promotion window, and order holds/combinations cannot be retroactively applied/combined. This means if you check out with a Ship Orders item, full postage is payable upon the refund/credit process after dispatch of your combined orders.
Due to volume of orders during the sale, this discount cannot be applied (postage refunded) after order is placed if you have forgotten to select it during your checkout process. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders to USA, NZ, Canadian addresses:

Minimum cart subtotal to unlock free shipping for USA is $250 AUD which is approximately $163 USD (after discounts). For NZ and Canada the min spend is $350 AUD. Select free shipping at checkout after your address is entered. Subtotal does not include any postage fee, it is the value of your cart after any discounts and before postage.
Method used is Parcel Forwarding (USPS from our USA warehouse). Please note we dispatch Parcel Forwarding once per month via our USA warehouse. This results in a longer dispatch timeframe. Our next due Parcel Forwarding will be Dec 13th; following that will be end of Jan/early Feb 2025 depending on order numbers after our Christmas Closure and Reopening Sale. If you select this option (free shipping via parcel forwarding) please expect this longer delivery timeframe. Once dispatched from our USA warehouse we will supply you with a USPS tracking number, this should be between Dec 25 - Jan 2 2025 approximately depending on how quick our warehouse will dispatch.. For further information on the Parcel Forwarding process see this page here.
Customers that select Parcel Forwarding and don't want to wait for delivery and file a PayPal/payment dispute (unfortunately this does happen on occasion) will be banned from shopping with Femme Fatale in future. This is due to the inconvenience caused by the process - we are not reimbursed fees by the payment processor and we also lose admin/dispatch time (wages) from managing the dispute and packing (and supplies), depending on how far along your order is processed. Thank you for your understanding that we are a small business with small margins, and appreciate our customers opting for a 'budget postage option' with the knowledge that the trade off is a longer wait time for shipping - we really do appreciate your order and understanding of this process!

Black Friday Promotion $3 (Free Nail Art Glitter)

All orders placed during our promotion window will receive at least 1 (of 3 mystery options) festive nail art glitter mix.

These are supplied in small zip baggies, and are comprised of solvent-resistant glitters that you can either apply on top of nail polish colours, or layer between jellies/crellies for a milky-glitter look.

Femme Fatale Cosmetics Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse sale, or future sale, to any persons who lodge payment disputes involving a wait-time for Parcel Forwarding orders; or whom act in a manner considered rude/harassment/offensive towards staff.

The following terms are applicable to ALL 3 promotions of EOFYS. Please see further below for individual promotion terms such as purchase minimums (etc).

Validity and cancellations:

Femme Fatale Cosmetics Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time, for any purpose.
While Femme Fatale Cosmetics Pty Ltd does our best to clearly and thoroughly outline all sale information and valid discounts available, in the event of an incorrect discount amount applying, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order so it may be re-placed by the customer (at their choosing). No cancellation fees are applied, or funds withheld.
Femme Fatale Cosmetics Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel order/s without notice to any persons who misuse the promotional discount outside of intended purposes (as outlined in our T&C) or act in a manner perceived as bullying, harassment or offensive manner towards staff. These orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee on order total, and the payment processor fee (PayPal, Afterpay, WooPayments etc) is non-refundable. EOFYS Promotion #2 (store credit bonus) specific terms:

Orders with a subtotal spend of $250 AUD (approx. $167 USD) receive a $12.50 AUD store credit code (equivalent to roughly 5% back). Spend $350 AUD (approx. $233 USD) for a $25 code (equivalent to roughly 7% back). Spend $450 AUD (approx. $299 USD) for a $45 code (equivalent to roughly 10% back).
The subtotal spend minimum required must be: 1) met in a single order, 2) the order value AFTER any discounts (Loyalty Lustres, promotional discounts, store credits) are applied, 3) do not include excluded items.
Subtotal is the amount AFTER discounts, BEFORE shipping is applied.
Excluded items that do not count towards the subtotal minimum spend are: eGift, Order Hold fee, Ship Orders (insurance) fee, postage fee.
The Store Credit Bonus is manually calculated by staff and will be allocated to your account NO LATER than June 14th 2024. Please note the code is NOT immediately website-generated and sent to you.
