Terms and Conditions of END OF FINANCIAL YEAR SALE (EOFYS):

The following terms are applicable to ALL 3 promotions of EOFYS. Please see further below for individual promotion terms such as purchase minimums (etc).

Validity and cancellations:

Femme Fatale Cosmetics Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time, for any purpose.
While Femme Fatale Cosmetics Pty Ltd does our best to clearly and thoroughly outline all sale information and valid discounts available, in the event of an incorrect discount amount applying, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order so it may be re-placed by the customer (at their choosing). No cancellation fees are applied, or funds withheld.
Femme Fatale Cosmetics Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel order/s without notice to any persons who misuse the promotional discount outside of intended purposes (as outlined in our T&C) or act in a manner perceived as bullying, harassment or offensive manner towards staff. These orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee on order total, and the payment processor fee (PayPal, Afterpay, WooPayments etc) is non-refundable. Customers who act in inappropriate manner may be subject to Femme Fatale withdrawing offer of service entirely (orders will not be accepted going forward).
All orders placed during the sale window, which do not partake in the promotional discount/offerings, are subject to a 5% (on order total) cancellation fee for change of mind. Applies to unpacked orders only. Packed orders are subject to our regular cancellation fee (of 15% on merchandise only).
All orders placed during the sale window that partake in the promotional discount/offerings are FINAL SALE and not applicable for cancellation under change of mind. Partaking in the sale is deemed as: placing an order during the sale window where it falls into the merchandise-value-category where any or all EOFYS 10-20% discount, store credit bonus, or free shipping promotion can be applied, regardless of whether the customer is aware that their order meets sale minimum requirements.

EOFYS Promotion #1 (10-20% off) specific terms:

Coupon (EOFYS20 / EOFYS10) may not combine with other promotions including (but not limited to) newsletter Welcome/Birthday series codes, Loyalty Lustre discounts, other coupons issued by the merchant.
Requires a minimum spend of $150 AUD. Minimum spend amount excludes shipping fee, ORDER HOLD FEE, SHIP ORDERS (insurance amounts), eGift amount.
Each discount applies only to the brands noted under each code (above). Discount will not apply to any items marked on sale/discounted, PREORDER ITEMS, shipping fee, order hold fee, ship orders (insurance amounts) or eGift.
The EOFYS10 or 20 codes may stack if the cart minimum amount has been reached and there are valid items within the cart to receive the discount, as noted above.
Minimums must be met in a single order for discount/s to apply.
Utilising this promotion marks your order as final sale, changes and cancellations are not available.

EOFYS Promotion #2 (store credit bonus) specific terms:

Orders with a subtotal spend of $250 AUD (approx. $167 USD) receive a $12.50 AUD store credit code (equivalent to roughly 5% back). Spend $350 AUD (approx. $233 USD) for a $25 code (equivalent to roughly 7% back). Spend $450 AUD (approx. $299 USD) for a $45 code (equivalent to roughly 10% back).
The subtotal spend minimum required must be: 1) met in a single order, 2) the order value AFTER any discounts (Loyalty Lustres, promotional discounts, store credits) are applied, 3) do not include excluded items.
Subtotal is the amount AFTER discounts, BEFORE shipping is applied.
Excluded items that do not count towards the subtotal minimum spend are: eGift, Order Hold fee, Ship Orders (insurance) fee, postage fee.
The Store Credit Bonus is manually calculated by staff and will be allocated to your account NO LATER than June 14th 2024. Please note the code is NOT immediately website-generated and sent to you. The amount is allocated via Store Credit Code which will be visible within your account under the COUPON section. You should receive an email of the code allocation as well, please check your junkbox. Please allow staff until the due date to allocate your code before reaching out to us, we appreciate your patience.
All Store Credit Bonus codes have an expiry of December 15th 2024, and these codes may not combine with other promotions or discounts.
Orders meeting the minimum requirement to partake in this sale are automatically final sale, and cannot be cancelled.
Store Credit Bonus cannot be extended past expiry, or exchanged for other codes, credits or cashback.
Store Credit Bonus can be sent/locked to a different email address other than your account at your request (changes are not available past July 15th 2024).

EOFYS Promotion #3 (Free Shipping for Australian and USA regions)

Australian orders with a order subtotal, after all discounts are applied, of $150 AUD will receive free standard shipping via Australia Post.

No code required. The free shipping will show at checkout automatically when your cart subtotal, after Loyalty Lustres/any discounts/store credits applied, is $150 AUD.
Australian delivery address required.
Waiving your signature on delivery (either via the Aus Post shipment email, or by adding order note saying 'authority to leave; or similar) will remove Femme Fatale's liability to replacement or reimburse for missing parcel or damaged items.
This promotion is only for INDIVIDUAL ORDERS and will NOT carry to Order Combination service. If you opt to include an ORDER HOLD or SHIP ORDERS instruction, this free shipping promotion will not apply to a combined order bundle. Shipping will be billed as normal. This promotion is only for individual orders that ship as-is.
Discounts that will reduce your subtotal include Loyalty Lustres, any promotional codes that allocate a $ or % discount, and store credit. Subtotal is the amount AFTER discounts, BEFORE shipping is applied.
Utilising this promotion marks your order as final sale, changes and cancellations are not available.
At Femme Fatale's discretion we may combine multiple orders by a single customer to be economical with packing materials and reduce fees.

USA orders with a order subtotal, after all discounts are applied, of $350 AUD (approx. $233 USD) will receive free standard shipping via USPS.

No code required. The free shipping will show at checkout automatically when your cart subtotal, after Loyalty Lustres/any discounts/store credits applied, is $350 AUD. PLEASE BE AWARE of when you are using our currency converter on the website, to avoid confusion with the minimum spend value.
United States delivery address required.
Waiving your signature on delivery (either via the USPS shipment email/portal, or by adding order note saying 'authority to leave; or similar) will remove Femme Fatale's liability to replacement or reimburse for missing parcel or damaged items. If USPS can provide evidence of delivery, including tracking scans showing delivery confirmation, we are unable to replace or reimburse items/orders.
This promotion is only for INDIVIDUAL ORDERS and will NOT carry to Order Combination service. NZ orders with an order subtotal of $300 AUD will receive a $20 Store Credit Code for use within a 12 month period.

No action on your behalf is required other than meeting the minimum spend mark; the $20 store credit is allocated to you manually by staff after the order is placed. Please allow until June 14th 2024 for your store credit to be allocated before reaching out to us, same as with the Promotion #2 (Store Credit Bonus) these are being processed manually by staff and are not website-generated automatically after you place your order.
