Australia Post
Available to all Australian addresses. We offer two options: Parcel Post and Express Post. Both options include insurance and tracking.
Postage times are different from our TAT (turnaround time: the time it takes for us to process your order before it's shipped). For a current TAT please see our website homepage, we always have the TAT listed in the top left. Express Post is not express processing for your order. If you need your order dispatched ASAP, please open a ticket with your order number and request. We can usually accommodate these requests outside of busy periods (such as sales or holiday rush).
Instructing for a safe drop waives insurance, meaning your order cannot be replaced/refunded in the event of it going missing after delivery is confirmed.

Deliveries are conducted during business hours, Monday - Friday only. Excludes weekends and public holidays. Transit times are estimated, may be affected by factors out of our control and may change without notice.
Pricing
Our postage prices currently scale depending on the parcel weight, shipping destination and the chosen insurance bracket.
From June 2023 we have implemented our first pricing change since 2018, and have adjusted some brackets and zones to reflect a more accurate postage fee for the destination and weight.
Please note the pricing below is an approximation across all our zones, so your postage rate will fall within that range. Prices include GST.

The prices above apply to Australian addresses only, and are not applicable for combined orders. Combination orders will have a different postage fee, as we calculate the refund/credit from the actual charge billed by the carrier. More information can be found on our Holds / Combinations page.
Aramex (formerly Fastway)
Due to an increase in pricing, plus a $5.50 re-delivery fee for parcels, we no longer utilise Aramex as of June 2023.
