How long does it take for us to ship your order?
Please always check our website homepage top left for a current TAT (turnaround time) window. Usually our TAT sits at 5-7 business days; and our business days are Tues-Fri. You can find more information on our trading hours and any potential closures that may affect the TAT here.
Here is an approximate guideline for most orders, but please note all orders are subject to the website homepage TAT (and preorders are subject to their unique TAT):
Quick-Ship (non Femme Fatale products, non preorder items) 5-8 business days average to dispatch.
Eyeshadows (Femme Fatale brand, these are packed to order) 5-15 business days average to dispatch.
Preorder (preorder items in your order) subject to the preorder window given on the website when you purchased; your whole order is held until all preorder items have arrived.

How long does it take to ship a preorder?
All preorder items are subject to individual TAT's; it entirely depends on the order window and the dispatch window. Many of our brands have varying shipping and transit times for their items as some will use a freight forwarder. Please read our Release Schedule which outlines all preorder windows and expected dispatch dates.

What if I paid for Express Post?
Express Post with Australia Post IS NOT express processing for your order.
If you need your order shipped ASAP please open a ticket and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Express Post is a service of Australia Post, it is separate from your order's processing time frame and has no impact on it whatsoever.
Does a sale affect the TAT?
Yes, on the rare occasion that we run a promotion our TAT is often impacted and thus extended by around 2-3 business days. Please always check the website homepage.
Do I get an email notification when my order ships?
You will receive an inbox notification once your order is shipped; this email will include applicable tracking number/s.
You can also check your order status in your account on our website. We have several order status to assist you:
Processing
Your order is still in queue, being processed to dispatch.
Awaiting Preorder Stock
The order is waiting on brand preorder stock to arrive. Once received, the order will move to being packed then shipped.
Put Aside
Order is on hold and removed from the queue. The customer will need to instruct us to dispatch this order when they are ready, using the 'Ship Orders' item.
Pending Dispatch
Order is packed and awaiting the next dispatch of Parcel Forwarding (usually within 1-2 weeks). Upon dispatch the order status will be updated to 'On Way to Warehouse'.
On Way to Warehouse
Order is on way to our USA Warehouse via DHL; where it will then be lodged with USPS. This process can take 1-2 weeks. Upon lodgement with USPS the order is updated to 'Shipped', and tracking will be provided.
Shipped
Order has been dispatched to the customer. Tracking can be located now in your order history.
Completed
Order is completed and removed from processing queue. (Primarily used for orders containing virtual items like memberships or 'Ship Orders' item).
