You can also navigate to change your password by visiting your account on our website, then the 'account details' panel. Here you can change your password, in addition to updating your display names (for product reviews).
If you have trouble resetting your password, please open a ticket and we'll assist you. Femme Fatale staff will never ask for your password, but may ask you to confirm your personal details before we can complete a manual password reset.
