Minimum Spend

We have an $8 AUD minimum spend requirement for all orders. 

However, you can disregard the minimum spend notice at checkout for the following:

• If you use store credit or reward points that brings your total under $8
• If you are 'purchasing' the Fiendling membership (which is free)
• If you are checking out with an 'Order Hold' or 'Ship Orders' item, as neither will require additional items or spend. 

If you are having difficulty checking out, ensure your subtotal is over $8 and try again (excluding if the points above apply to you, of course). 

If the issue persists however, please open a ticket and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Currency

Femme Fatale chosen currency at checkout is the Australian dollar (AUD). 

The order receipt generated by Femme Fatale to your email inbox will show the AUD pricing. Your bank statement or PayPal receipt may show your local currency. Due to the conversion rates, those two amounts (AUD and your currency) will vary.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via PayPal. You can use your PayPal account, or complete a guest checkout with a credit card (no account needed) via the PayPal portal. Alternatively you can enter your card information directly during express checkout.

As of 2024 we also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay, both are easy and secure payment methods now available for your convenience. 

Australian and select international customers can take advantage of Afterpay - shop now and pay in 4 equal instalments.

• Minimum spend is $50 AUD to use Afterpay
• Available to Australian-issued cards
• Available now to Afterpay accounts in United States, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand.

How does Afterpay work?

1. Add your items to your cart and proceed to the check out
2. Select Afterpay as your payment method and you will be directed to the Afterpay pop up box
3. Register or login to your Afterpay account
4. Enter your details and follow the prompts to confirm your order

Your Payment Data

We do not receive nor process any credit card or banking information. The only information we collect for your order is your billing and shipping name, address, email, and contact phone number. All payment processing is handled via the Afterpay plugin, WooPayments plugin (utilising their own platform) or PayPal plugin and PayPal website. Those companies will retain and store your personal information, please check directly with their user agreements and privacy terms for more information. We do not ever request from them your payment information or additional personal data.

GST

GST is charged on all orders shipping to an Australian address. 

Our shop's ‘home address’ is set in Australia, so if you are NOT shipping to an Australian address then the GST is removed at checkout once you have input your own shipping address.

GST is a goods and services tax charged at 10% of the product price. In accordance with Australian consumer regulations we must display all prices inclusive of tax.
